College Night Reservation Options

Option 1:    One table at no charge on the Exhibit Hall floor.  Extra tables are available for a $50 fee.

Option 2:    10 feet of space and 2 tables on the perimeter of the Exhibit Hall for $250.

Option 3:    20 feet of space and 4 tables of the perimeter of the Exhibit Hall for $500 and a business card size ad ($250 value) in
                   the program at no additional charge.  (NOTE:  You may increase your ad size.  This option gives you $250 credit towards any ad listed below*.)

Option 4:   -BEST VALUE-
                  50 feet of space and 8 tables for $1,250 with $250 credit towards any ad size*.
                  (This option includes 5 VIP Reception Passes.  Additional VIP Passes can be ordered, prices below.)

Option 5:    100 feet of space and 16 tables for $2,500 with $500 credit towards any ad size*.
                  (This option includes 10 VIP Reception Passes.  Additional VIP Passes can be ordered, prices below.)

NOTE:  Option 4 and 5 will be granted first come first serve and only if space is available after smaller requests have been filled.

Your own tables may be brought in at no additional charge but schools may NOT exceed total space allotted.
