PURPOSE
The Administrative Professional of the Year Award recognizes the outstanding performance of one administrative professional who demonstrates continued commitment to leadership, education and operational efficiency within his or her department, and who provides meaningful contributions to the overall organization.

NOMINATION CRITERIA
Nomination form can be obtained on-line at http://www.fcoe.k12.ca.us/ssc2007/apotynf.php. Nomination form must be completed by an employee or supervisor and submitted on-line no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, April 13, 2007.
Nominee must be a full or part-time employee and completed his or her probationary period, with no disciplinary action pending.

ELIGIBILITY
The nomination is only open to nominees who are support staff employees of the Fresno County Office of Education.

NOMINATION GUIDELINES
Nominations shall be completed in the following manner:
The nomination form shall be completed by the nominator. The nominee shall not be involved in the nomination process.
JUDGING
All eligible nominations will be judged by a selection committee. The selection committee will choose the top three (3) nominations from all the eligible entries received and forward to Superintendent’s office for selection of the first place winner. The winning nominee will be notified the day of the conference. By participating in this nomination, nominators agree to these rules and the decisions of the selection committee.
