Real Leaders Wear Pink Description
Areva Martin will explore with participants how to build stronger teams, develop loyalty and commitment, create consensus and learn to work as a cohesive group. This interactive workshop is for both entry level and seasoned leaders. Participants will learn how to use their innate talents in the workplace to build strong teams. Look out corporate America, leaders of the 21st century wear pink!

Who’s Who in the Zoo!
Ever feel like the people you work with behave like animals? Sometimes it feels like a real zoo at work. Different personality (animal types), communicate differently which can cause tension and miscommunication at work. Come and discover your animal type, how you behave and more importantly understand why others communicate the way they do. Different animal types can live in harmony!

Excel Made Easy!
Learn about the things that will make Excel easier to use in an educational setting. You will learn formatting tricks, navigating around the screen, sorting, filtering. We will cover simple formulas. All you wanted to know but were afraid to ask.

Putting the Pieces Together
The art of balancing home and work is knowing when to say “no.” Michele will discuss her own background as a busy professional working woman deeply committed to her family, and the struggle in balancing the two. She will present information on essential reading for working moms, the art of negotiating to a Win-Win situation, 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, and a Purpose Driven Life…laced with lots of humor.
